My work has always been about one thing—helping people build real, lasting strength. What started as my own journey back to health and self-connection has grown into a way of supporting others in doing the same.
Through a blend of yoga, trauma-informed education, mentorship, and community-based work, I help individuals and organizations create resilience that actually lasts—not just in theory, but in real life.
As the founder of Ohana Health & Wellness Centre, I bring nearly 30 years of experience in wellness, communications, and leadership.

Yoga - Mind, Body & Soul Connections
Yoga has always been my foundation—but the work I do comes from both lived experience and nearly three decades of guiding others.
I understand what it feels like to be overwhelmed, out of balance, and trying to find your way back. That journey led me deeper into the nervous system, how we carry stress, and how we can begin to shift it in a way that actually lasts.
Today, I combine yoga with trauma-informed, neuroplasticity-based practices to help individuals and organizations regulate stress, build resilience, and function with more clarity and ease.
This isn’t about doing more or pushing harder.
It’s about learning how to support yourself—and creating sustainable strength from the inside out.

Life Coaching / Mentorship
I love working one-on-one with people helping them to achieve goals! Sometimes it's a simple get back on track goal, sometimes it's about looking at the bigger picture of what is happening in your life, what goals are you wanting to reach... "How do you want to live your life?"
These can be big questions, that become more clear, when we feel supported, safe and held.
