Resilience Education

It started with yoga… “First you take yoga, then it takes you!” “What began as a journey towards feeling better, healthier stronger, grew into something more, something I never expected.”

My work evolved from movement practice into systemic resilience education — translating neuroscience, trauma-informed care, and embodied practice into structured frameworks individuals and organizations can rely on.

What I Build

Trauma-informed nervous system regulation frameworks

Design evidence-based protocols that prioritize safety, titration, and polyvagal-informed practices to help individuals and groups down-regulate reactivity and access calmer states. These frameworks translate neuroscience into simple, repeatable routines that staff and clients can use during and after stressful incidents.

.

Neuroplasticity-based movement education

Create progressive movement curricula that harness neuroplastic principles—repetition, novelty, and graded challenge—to rebuild function, reduce pain patterns, and expand motor repertoire. Programs are scalable for individuals or groups and include measurable progress markers to track neural and physical change.

Institutional resilience training for healthcare

first responders, and community sectors Deliver targeted training that strengthens team-level regulation, communication, and adaptive decision-making under pressure. Modules combine scenario-based practice, peer-support systems, and organizational policy recommendations to reduce trauma exposure and prevent burnout.

Facilitator certification pathways Develop structured certification programs

that teach facilitators the theory, skills, and ethical scaffolding needed to deliver regulation and resilience work reliably. Pathways include competency assessments, supervised practice, and ongoing mentoring to ensure high-quality, consistent delivery.

Mind-body integration curriculum

Integrate breath, somatic awareness, movement, and cognitive techniques into coherent curricula that cultivate embodied self-regulation and emotional intelligence. Lessons are adaptable across ages and settings, supporting both therapeutic and performance-oriented goals.

Daily resilience conditioning protocols (e.g., 20/20/20 model)

Design short, evidence-informed daily practices (movement, breath, and attunement) that deliver compounding regulatory benefits when done consistently. The 20/20/20-style protocols are simple to adopt, easy to measure, and designed to fit into busy routines for sustained impact.

Retreat-based immersive resilience intensives

Offer multi-day immersion experiences that accelerate learning through focused practice, coaching, and restorative recovery. These intensives combine didactic learning, guided somatic work, and community support to catalyze deep, lasting shifts in regulation and resilience.

Applied regulation strategies for high-stress environments

Translate core regulation techniques into context-specific interventions for chaotic, time-pressured settings—emergency rooms, incident command, shelters—so practitioners can stabilize themselves

and others quickly and safely. Emphasis is on rapid assessment, simple actionable tools, and scalable support systems.

The Outcome You Create: People and organizations that can regulate under pressure, adapt under stress, and sustain performance without burnout—measurable increases in stability, decision-quality, and long-term wellbeing.

This positions you as: A Resilience Architect, Educational Framework Developer, and Mind-Body Systems Builder—an expert who designs, implements, and certifies systemic solutions for lasting regulation and organizational health.
